Harp and Hare was founded in 2021 by four talented women of color. The co-founders have worked together for years, creating intimate, magical events for friends and family.
After tossing around the idea of starting an events business together, one of the founders had a dream of a picnic in a meadow, with a harpist playing and bunnies hopping around. The dream was ethereal and memorable-just like the events they'd put together! The founders decided to start curating luxury pop-up picnics and shortly after, Harp and Hare was born. The founders' vision is a world where everyone can access the magic of a luxury affair, minus the work. Events should be easy!

Lindsey leads the creative direction and vision for Harp and Hare. She has over 5 years of experience in planning elaborate bridal showers, birthday celebrations, and other memorable occasions. Guests have always raved about the beautiful designs of the events she put together.
During 3 years in the healthcare industry, she has developed problem solving skills and an impeccable eye for detail. Her goal for Harp and Hare is to provide detailed and luxurious experiences for each and every client. She prides herself on the ethereal feel of her events that always leave a long-lasting impression.

Courtney oversees the marketing strategy and social media for Harp and Hare. Courtney first found a passion for creating and branding during her time as the enigmatic co-host of a Philadelphia radio show. She has 7+ years of experience in branding and marketing for several unique outlets including a public school, a media company, and a Philadelphia-area politician.
Courtney keeps a pulse on trends, social media virality, and promotional opportunities. Her mission for Harp and Hare is to spread awareness so that current and future guests rush to be hosted to an incredible and luxurious experience.

Attentive Service. Every Time.
Brittanie is the director of customer service and partnerships. She has over 10 years of experience in the customer service sector. Brittanie has an excellent history in partner formation and maintenance and has been supervising teams for a number of years. She is expert at creating new processes to achieve company goals and her goal for Harp and Hare is to provide excellent customer service 100% of the time.
As Harp and Hare launches, Brittanie’s role will be to create partnerships that will advance the breadth and quality of services for guests. Her mission is that every guest will receive professional, attentive, and reliable services from Harp and Hare.

Creating Memorable Events
Crystin leads Harp and Hare's financial strategy. She has an MBA with a concentration in strategy from the University of Delaware. Her passion and expertise lie in financial analysis, data, business strategy, and networking within the state of Delaware. During her 10 year career in the healthcare sector, both as a clinical practitioner and as a project manager, Crystin has a track record of achieving cost-savings and increasing revenue.
Since co-founding Harp and Hare Picnics and Events, Crystin plans to use her wealth of connections and her financial acumen to ensure the viability of the business and create memorable events for Harp and Hare's guests.
