Service Description

We bring the romance to you and a special someone! This package comes with chocolates, rose petals, tea lights, 2 dozen balloons, 2 dozen flowers, and "love" balloon. All items are yours to keep. We set everything up and leave you to the magic. We will contact you to arrange a time to meet. New Castle County, Delaware only. We require one hour to set up.
